Dato' Siti Nurhaliza - Exclusive Concert, Satu

For the past 1 month i have been busy
with rehearsals for
Dato' Siti Nurhaliza's concert that was
held last weekend.It was a charity concert and
the proceeds went to a few charity home
as well as Dato Siti Nurhaliza and Dato K's
charitable organisation called
Yayasan Nurjiwa.

As usual, she mesmerized the crowd with her lovely voice!!
The crowd went crazy!!

One of my favourite dance but i wasn't dancing it!!

During dress rehearsal we had a "gypsy" like costume
but i felt that most of us looked
like Maid in it..

I guess that's the reason why they changed it to this..
Which i personally feels it's
much much nicer!! :D

Siti had a short dance solo during the dance break that
wow-ed the crowd.
An unexpected part.. *surprise*

The other number that WOW-ed the crowd was
Destinasi Cinta..
A Russian Soldier- like costume!! :)
And had our very own
"stomp" like routine too..

It was tiring!!
and look at us.. we're like the KATAK team!! :D

Sadly, Hong injured himself during his solo!!
His right ankle looked like an apple!!
Iuuuu..

I guess the crowd loved it!! after our last HA..
we got people
cheering very loudly for us!!
yeay!! :D

And finally, the Finale dance!!

Guess what, right after the Stomp Routine we rushed in
to change for the finale..
Sweat was dripping like water!!

And i remember during dress rehearsal my
dress zip was unzipped
halfway through the dance!!
*shyshy*

However, everyone was relieved..
We all did a Brilliant show...
Though "the sun" newspaper said

" The back up dancers were a disappointment"

It was disappointing to see that kinda review..
Well...as long as we have tried our best..

R.I.P Michael Jackson

Approx. 4pm, Thursday afternoon (American time)

A legend in the music industry,
Michael Jackson
also known as King Of Pop had passed
away at the age of 50 due to cardiac arrest at his
home, Holmby Hills.


I was in total shock when i heard about the news.
I still remember yesterday how i imitated him
during my dance rehearsal. And the next thing you
know he's dead. Though I was not crazy of his songs
but his dancing definitely hit me and made him one of my
idol despite the controversy of him being a paedophile.

All i can say R.I.P Michael.

He can never be replace and forgotten
by the WORLD.
We're going to miss you!! :(

- On my way to Istana Budaya for Rehearsal -

It is a day I tasted the meaning of
PAIN..

While i was driving, i had a sudden
pain. Soon i realised it was the combination of
PMS pain, Gastric and Stomach Ache.
And trust me.. it was sooo painful..
Cold sweat perspired as if I had dance non stop
for an hour or two. I was holding on to my steering
so tightly, seeing black dots appearing and disappearing.
However, I kept myself strong
until i saw a petrol station. I stormed off my car in search for
toilet. Couldn't even walk in a straight line!!
I was holding on to my stomach hoping the pain would
go away!!

After that, i rested in the car for about an hour till the pain
gradually goes off but it was still there..When i reach IB,
rehearsal was as usual. Soon enough, we all went off
for dinner break.. Every was going smooth until halfway
rehearsing one of the dance piece.
Guess what!!
I landed on my ankle after a lift. I injured my right ankle this
time.. I tried not to cry heheh!! But i just could not stand the pain!!
The production quickly got me some Ice to put it on my ankle
so that i don't swell as much!! They rushed me to the nearest
hospital; Hospital Puswari.

It's no big deal coz' accidents always happen during rehearsal.
Doctor prescribed me with pain killer, anti-inflammatory gel and
Danzen to ease the swell. Well it has been a long, tiring and pain
day for me.. :)

2 more days to Siti Nurhaliza's concert!!
I really hope no accident
would occur to any of us until the end of it!!
Lets hope and pray
for the best..

We celebrated Happy Daddy's Day and brought our
"Grumpy Old Man"

(he didn't look that grumpy here)

to Alexis today for a simple
dinner celebration.. Since he said
"I dun wan present!!"
so me and my brother decided to treat him a dinner!!

While we were waiting for our dinner to be served..

and at our previous dinner, Ye Ye promised this
" 1 A = RM20 " ... and happy Joe got his reward
today!!. extra RM60 in his Piggy Bank!! yeayy!!

Been very packed with schedule lately that
i hardly have time to blog about what have
been up in life lately..

today i got a little bit of time out to share with

SYTYCD 1st Anniversary Meet Up!!

Where all the GILAZ come together!!

Last week 19th May 2009 was the SYTYCD season 2
1st anniversary gathering... one word for it...
GILA!!!

WHY WE HAVE THIS GATHERING??!!

*Because last year at May 19th 2008 all top20
made a promise to meet up every year on 19th May..
ESPECIALLY 2009... HOWEVER, there are some

18th May was Chee Wei's Birthday... and tada!!~
Happy Belated Birthday my dear!!

Story telling time.. we were sharing GHOST story of
what had happened during SYTYCD... seriously..
Ghost kacau-ed us... if wanna know the story just ask me..!! :D

Our Miss Brave told the story... Miss FARAH HANAN...
She was Miss Shouted Real Loud too!!
Trust me when she gets excited.. 1 advice..
Don't go near her!!!

But the night have to come to an end.. We all took a group photo!!
sob sob.. we could have stayed 3 days 3 nights talking and
laughing about the whole journey...

TRUST ME it was a never ending GOODBYE!!! -----

We stood for nearly extra 15 minutes still chattering away... i got
more pictures of this never ending goodbye.. :P

But at last... we just walked off and say goodbye...
All 20 of us had experience the same journey that
we would never forget for the rest of our life...
that is what hold us strong as one FAMILY...

@Thailand

I went to Thailand last weekend for some dancing lessons
but at the same time went for a short vacation with billy!!
JOM!!~ Let see what we did!!

Me and Billy got up late that morning.. But luckily we still
manage to reach LCCT on time!! Phew!!~


We took off at 8.25am and reach Bangkok at 9.15am (BKK time)

A little tired but very excited at the same time!!

Out from the BKK International Airport

We figured a way to get to BKK City Centre!!
Cheap and Safe!!

Taxi would cost about 400-600Baht, therefore we decided
to go on a BUS.
ONLY 100Baht Per person = RM10 per person

As usual, Billy took out his camera and started taking pictures..
*And left me in boredom, so i slept!! *

It took about 1 hour to reach BKK city centre. We arrived at
Ecotel Bangkok at 12noon.
Rested for an hour, had our lunch and went for our Dancing Lesson.


After dancing, we stopped by at Four Face Buddha
which is one of the tourist attraction
at BKK city centre

Saw a lot of people praying. Felt that it was a little rude to take
pictures *shy*

At times we walk back to our hotel which is about
20 minutes away from Central World.
Long walk back!!


However, we're able to see and feel more about the lifestyle
of people staying in BKK (when we walk).

Sometimes when we're lazy, we take a cab back
to the Hotel. It can get very congested at
any time of the day!!
It would cost about 40Baht from Central World to Ecotel.

This is somewhere near our Hotel!! A little dirty and quiet.
But what do you expect from a budget hotel location right!!
*cheers*

Billy complaining about his ulcer!!
*Drink more COCONUT then.. hehe*

It was sad to realised on the last day that they have
BUS BOAT.
And we didn't get to ride it *sob sob*

And guess what!! We ended up walking and
billy got his chance to
take more picturess!! *urghh* hehehe

Throughout the trip, i have learned so much more about dancing
of course but at the same time i realised how fortunate I am to
stay in Malaysia. There are many situations we encountered
that made us feel cheated. Well lesson learned!! Can't complain
much instead we learned from it to be more street wise!!
